The Emotional/Spirit of Archers

When it comes down to it ,archery is not a test of man's physical courageousness.it is test of man's heart.

it is with in man's power to recieve victory of defeat,to desplay courage or timidity.

picup a bow and hit a mark his physical skill is not adequate to create much anxiety.the archers desire's to shoot well that is his limiting factor. archery is a task of conquer devil.

In all sports and for the matter ,any passion,one must learn the heart of controlling the swells of the heart to achive skill status. in archery particular,repetition and stopping make the continual battle the athlete must fight with his heart  unlike that of any other sports,when an archer waiting to begins his gold medal match just walk to the line when the buzzer sound.adrenaline only make his hand shake more and thus he avoids any thought that would take him down such a path excitement is his enemy. in the moment fight instinct ,he must do neither.

   He must stand in place, gently and carefully draw back and shoot an arrows ,the last arrow to win the match feels real harder than the first tens.the great strength resides in the act of shooting.the archer shoot to make his physical expression beautiful is very diffrent from the archer who shoot to hit center of the target
Psychology talks about the different between process based and outcome based  thought .process based thought focus on the action that will produce the result outcome based thought focus on the result  using excitement and desire to create performance.
Fear drives all of the failures in archery.
archer must stands facing his target there are no respites from consideration.despite feelings of fear,lack of comfort and both success and failure, the only thing the archer can do is shoot his arrow.he must shoot his arrow as he has practiced it a thousand time unthinking, strong and confidant, a true expression of his heart.

here is two step one is "try beforeyou buy" and second is "compare the new with the old"

mostly archers be far better off working on form and execution as sources of better score.being set up adequately  means that  you an appropriately sized bow that  has a manageable draw weight that allow you to reach all of the distances you shoot.dependable accessories like sight,tab,releaser,arrow spined, etc. 

you need to bow with the correct draw length .for purchase to have a significant weakness in your setup - bow fit,arrow spine,arrow weight,

A coach can be very cost effective in helping you determine whether your equipment or your technique is holding your score down.with all of the bows ,arrows, rests,release aids and so forth on the market ,you cant expect to buy one of each to compare.many of the archers we know regularly loan out arrows, bows, releaser,quiver,and other equipments.not all archers will agree to such a request however.every archer we know has some horror story of how some novice dry fired their bow or shoot one of their expensive arrow in to a concrete wall.

you normally shoot aluminium arrow and you want to try carbon arrows again trying before you buy is smart but there are a lot of variables in getting a good arrow bow tune.the arrow's length and spine,the mass,the fletching mass ,fletching type,nock type so try to keep all other variables "middle of the road"then select an arrow shaft whose spine is comparable to the spine of the arrows you have been using successfully.your delight at looking at new gear is bound to improve you score and you will probably shoot better for a new sessions when you first try it out.some limbs improve performance at longer distances rather than shorter or vice versa.

सत्यनारायण व्रत कथा

 प्रतिष्ठित व्रत कथा के रूप में भगवान विष्णु के सत्य स्वरूप की सत्यनारायण व्रत कथा । 

भगवान की पूजा कई रूपों में की जाती है। उनमें से उनका सत्यनारायण स्वरूप इस कथा में बताया गया है। विद्वानों की माने तो स्कंद पुराण के रेवाखंड में इस कथा का उल्लेख मिलता है। इसके मूल पाठ में पाठांतर से करीब 170 श्लोक संस्कृत भाषा मे उपलब्ध है। जो पांच अध्यायों में बंटे हुए हैं। इस कथा के दो प्रमुख विषय हैं। जिनमें एक है संकल्प को भूलना और दूसरा है प्रसाद का अपमान।

व्रत कथा के अलग-अलग अध्यायों में छोटी कहानियों के माध्यम से बताया गया है कि सत्य का पालन न करने पर किस तरह की परेशानियां आती है। इसलिए जीवन में सत्य व्रत का पालन पूरी निष्ठा और सुदृढ़ता के साथ करना चाहिए। ऐसा न करने पर भगवान न केवल नाराज होते हैं अपितु दंड स्वरूप संपति और बंधु बांधवों के सुख से वंचित भी कर देते हैं। इस अर्थ में यह कथा लोक में सच्चाई की प्रतिष्ठा का लोकप्रिय और सर्वमान्य धार्मिक साहित्य हैं। अक्सर पूर्णमासी को इस कथा का परिवार में वाचन किया जाता है।
